Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Sometimes we have delays with shipping (usually due to high demand, it turns out a LOT of people love PeenPlush™!). We promise that you will receive your tracking number soon. However, if you are concerned feel free to shoot us an email using the link below - we're happy to answer any questions :)

Where is my PeenPlush™?
If your order has shipped, you will have received an email/text with a tracking number, this will tell you where your order is at the moment!
If you are worried though, shoot us an email - we don't bite!
How long does shipping take?

Worldwide Shipping: 2 - 4 weeks
United States
Small & Medium PeenPlush 2 - 5 business days
Large PeenPlush: 2 - 4 weeks

Returns & Refunds
At PeenPlush™ we take pride in the quality of our products as well as customer satisfaction. That means if you don't like the product for any reason, we will accept a return and refund within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked.
The product must be returned in original condition accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Any damaged, used, stolen, or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen packages or failure to receive the package by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If lost or the package was returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
PeenPlush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
